Do tokens expire?
No. Your token balance never expires as long as your account exists.
Can I buy tokens?
Tokens are earned through community activity โ renewals, comments, ratings, and referrals. They cannot be purchased directly; they're a thank-you for your engagement.
Do I need a membership to use tokens?
Yes โ token spending on video rentals is currently limited to users with an active membership or subscription. You can still earn tokens freely at any time; they'll be ready to spend once your plan is active. View membership options โ
Is my identity revealed through my affiliate link?
No. Your link contains only an 8-character random code โ it doesn't include your username, email, or any personal information. Only you can see who registered through your link (in your My Account page).
How is the token cost of a video calculated?
Token cost = max(1, round(video_minutes รท (base_rate ร your_multiplier))). Your loyalty multiplier grows with each renewal, so the longer you're subscribed the cheaper videos get in tokens.
What happens to my tier if I cancel and re-subscribe?
Your renewal count and tier are stored permanently in your account. Re-subscribing picks up where you left off.
