Does membership include the entire library?
Yes. Active memberships unlock the full members-only library included with the selected plan.
There are no separate pay-per-view charges for the standard membership video library.
How much does membership cost?
Current pricing, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before payment. Checkout displays the final terms for the selected plan.
Can I watch something before choosing a membership?
Yes. Log in or create an account to watch short trailer previews and explore the type of content available on SWC.
An account provides trailer access. A membership is required to watch complete videos.
Login or register for previews โIs the 1-Week Starter plan a trial?
It is a paid, fixed-term membership rather than a free trial. It provides full access for seven days and ends automatically.
It is designed for customers who want a shorter access period without automatic renewal.
Billing and Payments

Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout uses encrypted connections and payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers.
SWC does not display or store your complete card number in the website account area.
Is billing discreet?
Yes. SWC uses discreet payment processing. The exact statement descriptor may depend on the payment provider used for the transaction.
Which payment methods are accepted?

How do I cancel a recurring subscription?
Log in and open My Account to manage an active recurring subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Fixed-term plans, such as the 1-Week Starter, end automatically and do not require cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Because membership provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided.
We review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, payment taken after a valid cancellation, failure to provide purchased access, unauthorized transactions, or situations where a refund is required by applicable law.

What happens if payment succeeds but access does not activate?
Contact support and include your account email and order number. We will verify the payment and correct the membership access.
